Contract Pharmacal Corp
Client has requirements from their customer for production and storage that required tight temperature and humidity control. Quinn and Feiner Service Co. provided a design- build solution for their production line to maintain tolerance for temperature and humidity to enable them to effectively process new product. We also engineered a stability room that maintains temperature and humidity within 1.5 degrees and 2% R.H. tolerances.

Tishman Speyer
When faced with the prospect of having no cooling during the hottest week of the summer due to multiple cooling tower failure, Tishman Speyer knew they need the best help available. Quinn & Feiner Service Co. successfully completed the total reconditioning of two (2) 400 ton cooling towers over the course of a weekend so the building could function normally on Monday morning.
